Feel like your bees want a little more space? The eke allows you to convert the standard polystyrene nuc into a 14x12 nuc hive, or to give your poly nuc space on top of the frames fo place fondant or pollen patty. The eke can also be used to apply a varroa treatment such as ApiGuard.

The eke also mimics the space for the feeder so if you are using it to convert the nuc into a 14x12, it still gives you access to the feeder without having to disturb the frames.
