We use FedEx for deliveries of stock items (not live bees). FedEx usually delivery the day after dispatch. They will email or text you with an estimated day and time of delivery. FedEx can leave your parcel in a safe place if you request this via the special delivery instructions when you process your order but please note that any orders left without a signature, as per your instructions, are your responsibility. Small and light orders will be posted with Royal Mail.
Delivery costs are calculated on the overall weight of the order. Pallet orders, which must be placed by email or telephone take between 2 and 3 days. Please note that boxes of glass jars are collection only. In certain circumstances we can deliver for the cost of £10 per box but we deliver at your own risk as our carriers will not insure them. If you wish to buy single boxes of glass jars please email over your order and we will contact you. Pallet orders for jars can delivered, again please email over your order.
