Buckfast Cross Queen Mated
About the Buckfast Bee
These Buckfast queens will be the gentlelest you will find. They are crossed with Greek Races with excellent results: Not inclined to rob, they don't run on the frames and they fly in cooler weather. They have a boundless capacity for foraging and pack the brood nest well for good over wintereing. They are very hygienic bees which goes hand in hand with their genetic disposition for disease resistance. These queens our bred by our EU breeder. All our queens are F1's and all are open mated.
